INSIDE THIS HEALING JOURNEY YOU WILL:
-Gain an awareness of your emotional wounds that are keeping you stuck so that you can heal these and learn integration practices to support you with this.

-Become aware of your Soul Blueprint from your natal Astrology chart so that you can work with your unique gifts and talents. Also very helpful to identify challenges that may arise and the best ways to deal with these to progress and overcome them.

-Complete inner child healings and meditation and learn how to reparent yourself so that you can learn you do not need to look externally for validation.

-You will gain the tools to practice and maintain these shifts and changes.

-We will identify the key beliefs keeping you stuck and heal them so you can create the beliefs that support you to live the life you desire.

Sessions are completely confidential are via Skype or Zoom, which are just as effective as working with me in person. I can explain this fully during your consultation.
